Marvelyn Brown is a 25 year old native Tennessean who was diagnosed HIV Positive at age 19. Aside from traveling worldwide and writing an autobiography to tell her story she has been featured on The Oprah Winfrey Show, The Tyra Banks Show, CNN's Black in America and in VH1, MTV, and BET sexual awareness campaign. Book signing to follow Marvelyn Brown's story. This event will be filmed and you must be over 18 and willing to sign an appearance release. Refreshments will be served. THE ALC SHOWDOWN is a culminating event that showcases the artistic talents of various cultural and dance groups. Always an amazing presentation that represents the beauty of diverse cultures of Boston College.

ALC Showdown is on Sat. 3/27 in Conte at Boston College
Doors open at 5pm; Show is from 6:30-9:30pm
Afterparty in Plex from 10:30pm-1:30am

Tickets go on sale MARCH 17th at Robsham Theater
$15 per ticket unlimited number per BC ID
or
$20 per ticket (for ADMISSION TO BOTH THE SHOW AND AFTERPARTY)
or
$10 per ticket for Afterparty AT THE DOOR if there are tickets left (so save money and buy the Afterparty Package Deal)
